Surrounded by talented and intelligent workers. The ability to learn and grow and opportunities provided could be unparalleled. The people you work with and around are amazing.

Cons

The culture is slowly being stripped away, if not already gone. It seems there is some expectation that we are a military instalment, and should follow blindly as such.

Advice to Senior Management

You need to start listening to the people doing the job. We may just be grunts , but we're good at what we do.
