Pros

I love my hours, and the people I work with. I've rarely had any trouble with any of my fellow employees, and when I did management quickly resolved the issue

Cons

Only real problem I have with the casino is the smoke, and the toke rate being low. Still, these are the risks one takes working in a casino environment

Advice to Senior Management

It would be nice if the part time employees were treated as well as the full time. I recognize that benefits would be a bit difficult for the company to provide, but some PTO would be nice. Even if it were only half the amount that the full time people earn, it would enable them to take vacations with the families they no doubt have
