ProsOpen-minded management, very diverse environment. Definitely looked forward to going to work everyday. Felt like family.

    Pros: Discounts on food, and great support team. Insurance for server… Cons: Tips are based on the whims of the customer. Advice to Senior Management: Treat your staff with respect, and they will work harder… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

    An absolutely miserable job

    I worked at Red Lobster part-time for more than 3 years


    Pros: -Paid above minimum wage for hosts -I've never had a time-off request denied -50%… Cons: It honestly all depends on your GM and Managers. My GM was notoriously rude and abrasive so every shift with her felt like an eternity… Advice to Senior Management: Check up on your GM's and managers more often and unexpectedly. And not your usual tactic of saying you'll come at 12pm and you show… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
