A Friendly work envoirnment, and a good supplemental income

Waiter (Current Employee)
Valley Stream, NY

I have been working at Red Lobster part-time for more than 3 years

ProsSchedule flexibility, ability to quickly accumulate $$$ or supplement income, friendly co-workers, promotion opportunities, variety of positions available, high volume store = increased opportunity for tips, health benefitsand 401k available.

ConsSome favoritism by managers for certain employees, the lower income locale can mean increased percentage of cheap or non-toppers, at times there are last minute scheduling changes, that can create conflicts.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
