    Pros

I get to make my own schedule. Giving up shifts and picking them up is what I love best about my Job.

    Cons

Customers can be hard to work with and Endless Shrimp is a terrible promotion. We should get Minimum wage during these promotions.

  2. Awesome, I love it their!

    Pros

Money is consistent and management is understanding.

    Cons

They don't pay the Trainers to train, so it makes you not want to. The promo's change every 3 months and 2 out of the 4 yearly promotions are a lot more work for a lot less money.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the server suggestions. Seriously. Don't ask us for our opinion and never change anything afterwards.
