I have been working at Red Lobster part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Relative good pay in the food industry. Plenty of opportunities to move up in the company.

    Cons

No breaks during shifts. There is no scheduled time when a shift ends, only when business decreases for the night.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow workers at least a 15 minute break during each shift.
