bad tips, bad management, management with no people skills and 5-10% tippers

    Server (Current Employee)

I have been working at Red Lobster full-time for more than a year

Pros: health benefits on day one with dental, health, vision, … Cons: Mean general manager who favors the ones he likes. Inconstant work hours, drama, bunch of 10% tippers, rude people, seems like it's the poor mans… Advice to Senior Management: Hire more intelligent people. GROW out of discounts and deals. YOU ARE RED LOBSTER!!!… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
