Pros

vacation time, dining, friendly team, good guests, nice area to work in

Cons

long hours, constant company changes...need to stick with what works, some of team are bad

    Pros

    Professional atmosphere, great food/product, potential for upward movement, bonuses (if still applicable).

    Cons

    Hours, high-intensity stress/pressure, you work weekends and holidays (only two holidays off a year), oftentimes upper-level directors will micro-manage every little detail.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow managers an opportunity to move out of the restaurant for career advancement.

    Money is there but management likes to yell at the employees...yuck

    Pros

    Servers can make a good deal of money and that's great :)

    Cons

    It's common for managers to yell at the servers in front of other employees and ask them to do extra side work plus bus their own tables even though the servers have to tip out the "service assistants". The place is poorly run...period!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Your management style stinks! Re-think all that you do and you might turn that ghetto restaurant around.
