Pros

Wide food selection (salads, steaks, seafood-lobster, crab, shrimp, fresh fish). Diversity of guests. Conscientious managers. High volume business nights and weekends. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Strict adherence to rules that are not consistent. No more than three guest complaints in year, else fired.

    Pros

    Great money for a food service/waiter job
    very flexible scheduling
    great employee food discount
    high menu prices
    experienced management
    manageable sections
    easy side work
    good teamwork

    Cons

    guests can be demanding
    management can show no mercy when there is a wait
    running sidework is often overlooked
    management will keep you on the clock until wait is over, no matter how early you came in
    four course promotions and all you can eat can be stressful
    lots of coupons

    Advice to Management

    help out more, besides just table touches, run your servers food and dont rely on other servers or SA's to run food during busy times, cut servers earlier, no need to keep them on so long when its clean business has declined,dont keep people waiting to cash out
