I worked for this company for 24 years. Loved working there until the managers bonus was cut by over 85%

Pros

Great training programs for M.I.T.s Great awesome food, love the co workers and crew.

Cons

bonus that are promised are not there. I went from over $6000 per year to less than $100 every 3 mths. with the work and the goals changing every fiscal year so you can not achieve them. General Managers are not supported of there managers. They will not back you on anything and will tell the Director everything to gain favor.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat Managers with respect and give them the money they deserve for achieving the very hard goals that are set.

    Pros

    I loved the people I worked with, everyone was always friendly and I made many good friendships there. Very simple job once you catch onto everything.

    Cons

    Management only cares about their employees when they first start working there. They will be very rude when you are busy and you'l get in trouble a lot and then at the end of the say they'll be like good job tonight.

    Treat your employees with a lot more respect!

    Pros

    Pay and the Training is great. Who would not like a trip to Florida?

    Cons

    Depends on the general manager, does not listen to the managers advice on what could improve even if the manager tells them about illegal action occurring.
