Pros

Customers were nice. The Darden company sounded like a good company to work for, too bad the people running this place don't have a clue how to be good managers and treat people with respect.

Cons

Management was nasty, bad training. I have never been treated so bad at a job as I was at the location on Transit road in Williamsville NY

Advice to Management

Learn some people skills and how to treat your employees.

    Pros

Able to work a varied shift. Works particularly well with moms & children in school or college students. Fast cash, flexible work schedules.

    Cons

Extrememy low hourly wage, management doesn't support staff in following company guidelines with guest. No chance for raises. Some stares like California have management that follow corporate guidelines in treating employees with respect but other state that are "right to work" like Texas treat employees with extreme disrespect.

    Advice to Management

Follow your corporate guidelines. They are there not only to enhance the guest relationship but to enhance employee relationships.

    Pros

Out of all the places I waited table in Lexington, KY, this is the one I made the most money at. Its quantity over quality with tips but check averages are high.

    Cons

Clientele sucks, and will make you hate your job more than anything. You are just another number to corporate Darden. They have a class action lawsuit filed against them currently for unfair labor practices.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more and you might keep your best ones.
