Pros

Customers were nice. The Darden company sounded like a good company to work for, too bad the people running this place don't have a clue how to be good managers and treat people with respect.

Cons

Management was nasty, bad training. I have never been treated so bad at a job as I was at the location on Transit road in Williamsville NY

    Pros

The people I worked with were amazing (most of them). If your good you'll get hours. Managers are always communicating with you. Food discounts are good & getting free drinks! Managers have your back most of the time.

    Cons

If other co workers aren't good, all pressure ends up on you. Your expected to solve everything and sometimes mangers don't help too much. Rude people that are picky about everything you can imagine.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Schedule enough people! No more being under staffed.

    Pros

Able to work a varied shift. Works particularly well with moms & children in school or college students. Fast cash, flexible work schedules.

    Cons

Extrememy low hourly wage, management doesn't support staff in following company guidelines with guest. No chance for raises. Some stares like California have management that follow corporate guidelines in treating employees with respect but other state that are "right to work" like Texas treat employees with extreme disrespect.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow your corporate guidelines. They are there not only to enhance the guest relationship but to enhance employee relationships.
