Pros

They have good systems in place for training. The Employees were fun to work with. Good working conditions. I learned how to cook many delicious tasting food items.

Cons

Not very good benifits. Not enough hours. When it got busy, it got very stressfull, and may times we would be under staffed.

Advice to Management

Schedule more people for the busy hours. Try to be a bit more friendly tward your employees.

    Pros

Many regular guests, people interactions, the tips can make up for everything else at times, getting cash in hand each shift.

    Cons

Full time means less than 30 hours. Management blames every issue on the service crew. They will pick and choose what rules apply and when. Very inconsistent.
