    Pros

Great company. Great benefits. Flexible hours. The nicest, friendliest managers.

    Cons

Like any other restaurant the servers and bussers are young. They complain about the smallest stuff. Gets a little annoying. I don't need your negativity around me. Get to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't put up with too much. Put your foot down at times. Fire some of the negative peoples.

I worked at Red Lobster part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedules, ability to make a decent amount of money in one evening, great way to meet friends and connections that will follow you throughout your life.

    Cons

Low pay unless you are making good tips, supervisors are frequently pushy and often times extreme jerks, waiting tables sucks because people don't know how to tip and are often extremely rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember that you can't always tell people they need to be a team player and help others but then turn around and not help them when they need help.
