If you have good managers and good teamwork, you will usually always have good days and you will be successful

ProsFlexible hours, opportunities to move up to a certain extent, friendly and helpful staff, crew meals, understanding bosses, good tips, lobster fest, deals from darden, benefits, availability of darden credit union access for me and my family.

ConsCertain guests, lobster fest, not knowing when you will get off, working holidays for no extra pay, hours changing based on random factors such as weather

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees nicely and they shall do the same to your business usually.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
