I worked at Red Lobster full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

THE PEOPLE!! Such amazing leadership with Red Lobster. Great brand stability. Advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocate and dedicate yourself.

    Cons

So big that it's extremely difficult to make a connection with most leaders in upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a disconnect between upper management and restaurant operations. There is no understanding of the sacrifices made at the restaurant level to achieve desired results.
