Pros
Principals are at the top of their respective fields. Excellent exposure to high level executives. Compensation is extremely generous if employees generate deals. Extremely entreprenuerial.
Cons
Hours are long and intense and projects (particularly those including travel) can be all consuming.
Advice to Senior Management
Slow down the pace.
