    MONEY
    Co-workers
    35% discount on food.
    (CDTs get a lot of good benefits)

    Cons

    Management = horrible, played favoritesALOT
    Worked 5 double shifts in a row. Sometimes didn't get breaks on 10-12+ hour days

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Tried having hours cut, never happened. Ended up having back issue because of long hours.
    Don't stay in office solong!

    I worked at Red Robin

    Pros

    -discounts on food
    -extremely friendly employees
    -flexible work schedule
    -a little more than min wage:)
    -paid training
    (I would love to work there as a server not so much a hostess)

    Cons

    -some people had serious attitude problems( the girl i worked with) making it very hard to get past that!
    -very very strict on certain policies can get pretty annoying.

    know the 4 corner stones:) Its how they quiz you before every shift.
