Pros

Great work environment, fun atmosphere, very clean, staff is very supportive.

Cons

There could be more room for advancement. It is a great company however.

    Pros

    Great people and staff, fast paced atmosphere, make your own hours.

    Cons

    For starters it was a restaurant! You never had time to eat during your break......if you even got one. The pay was of course minimum wage and tips from families "on a budget" weren't great.

    Support your staff and respect them

    Pros

    Great place to work if you enjoy people. You get what you put into it and you can move up.

    Cons

    Lack of Professionalism in The Owings Mills Store, Between Mid-managers and Training Managers from Towson. And Lack of accountability for those bring the store down by not following Store Metrics and meeting small goals that defines there worth and encouraging those that support and even carry the Highest Standards for work ethics and meeting or exceeding Store Metrics.

    Advice to Management

    The Store GM empowering the right Management and Leaders on the floor in his establishment to be good representation of him and to Lead the Store in a way that brings a good reflection on his management skills and not reproach.
