“Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen”
Former Employee – worked at Red Ventures
Pros – Fun, casual environment. Good benefits, flexible work schedule.
Cons – Well below average salary, everyone is a manager but no one has authority, management lacks clear vision for company's direction.
Advice to Senior Management – Get focused, cut out dead weight, streamline, incentivize good employees to stay with better salary, clean up business practices.
