Cultural has significantly declined with the recent growth

Pros-great amenities such as subsidized meals in their bistro, basketball court, locker rooms, and gym
-get a lot of responsibility early on in your career
-fast paced environment let's you learn quickly

Cons-you will be overworked and underpaid without question
-poor work/life balance
-lack of appreciation from the people you work for

Advice to Senior ManagementMake a genuine effort to improve the culture - giving the week of July 4th off with a few weeks notice is not genuine it was a ploy to make employees think they weren't terribly burnt out
