I have been working at RedBrick Health

Pros

RedBrick has some extremely talented and personable people that always want to help.
Working downtown is easy to commute to (even by bus) and has everything you need within easy walking distance.
Benefits are quite competitive with the general job market.

Cons

Things can often times feel like they are moving very slowly, despite desire for swift and innovative new advancements to the product offering.
Despite getting a ton of experience and lots of hard work, there's historically been little room for career advancement.
Salaries probably a bit below average.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Engage more with employees, with more regular feedback encouraged. Make it clear that current employees' thoughts and opinions are strongly desired, and that it will be taken in earnest with no fear of risking job security. The change in leadership lately has brought about a level of distrust that has not been properly won back, and hiring friends whilst laying off other key workers was a step in the wrong direction.

I have been working at RedBrick Health full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

RedBrick Health is for people who are willing and able to do both the work as described and two levels above and below. The people are almost uniformly open, helpful, and candid so that little time is wasted for a small workforce The perks are significant, from casual attire to free yoga (complete with wine afterward) and strength training, bicycle parking inside, and reduced health premiums for-- you guessed it-- using the RedBrick program.

    Cons

Contractors may find it hard to be converted to FTE-- this does not happen automatically, and there is not a clear path to follow. Introverts or non-self-starters (not implying these are the same) may not be able to network quickly enough to get their projects done if they require cross-functional teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow new hire orientation to include full understanding of product suite and and competitive environment. Keep the fun intact-- it's a great part of the job.
