ConsThe possible worst thing of working with Redbox is the realization that this company is not ready for the eventual movement to streaming.

Advice to Senior ManagementHow can we expect a great name like redbox to lead the future when there is no response to streaming? How long is redbox going to keep quiet about the future of redbox.

    Great company to work for

    Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)

    Pros: Overall, Redbox will always be near and dear to my heart. They paid very well and were very informative on what needed to be done… Cons: Hardly any cons, except, at first there were a couple employees that acted as if they were entitled to act and do as they please,… Advice to Senior Management: Keep up the great work, I really liked the job… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

    Poor internal Support and complete lack of direction

    I have been working at Redbox


    Pros: The best thing is being able to see movies before released on DVD. There… Cons: Internal support is horrid. Little to no guidance for new hires. I have been employed part time with them for almost 2 months and still… Advice to Senior Management: Retrain the "helpdesk" and get some kind of system in place for access requests and new hires that has some type of visibility for people.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
