Great campus facilities in a beautiful location - gym plus variety of exercise classes - yoga, spin etc. there are some amazingly talented people here that are a pleasure to work with. Lots of exciting opportunities within certain teams - global travel, work with celebrities or sports people, creative work etc Lots of training courses available.

Cons

Lack of leadership at a senior level has resulted in a disorganised structure within some departments and most importantly, compromised employee job satisfaction.

Need to pay attention to how employees are working day to day.
