Fun and rewarding experience.

Key Holder (Former Employee)
Petaluma, CA

ProsMy manage was very fair and fun. He made it a family atmosphere and treated everyone as equals. He rewarded us when we made our goals.

ConsCompensation was poor and senior management was in array. Promises were not kept and when the company was sold the brand name was destroyed.

Pros: Shoe discounts were good, premises were nice Cons: Marketing drove the company; no strategic thinking Advice to Senior Management: Communicate with employees, offer upward mobility and challenge No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
