I have been working at Reebok full-time for more than a year

Pros

Responsibility piles on fast, great way to learn many different areas of the business

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of vision, zero creative flow, driven not by creativity but the product of competitors

    Schedule flexibility, free clothes, no stress.

    Cons

    Pay sucks, once a year raises are in cents, disorganized corporate.
