I worked at Reebok full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Working for Reebok is great for young designers looking for an opportunity. But this light bulb dims pretty quickly.

    Cons

    - The company does not embrace thinkers
    - There are too many channels to go through when trying to complete major assignments
    - The company is known for layoffs/firing for no particular reason
    - Designers are treated like statistics and not innovators
    - The design team has a quick turn around time (new designers are scouted often to keep design cost down thus creating a team of inexperienced workers)
    - No growth opportunities unless you are willing to be quiet and go along with everything asked of you, and even then there is no promise of stability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not sure how to amend these issue at Reebok.
