    Pros

It is a great place to work, with a good balance of work and personal life. I feel they pay what you deserve and that you get out of it what you put into it.

    Cons

Merchandising/Development can sometimes hinder design aesthetic but for the most part we work together to find solutions that please both merchandising and design.

    Advice to Management

Don't match an entry-level associate to a Manager who has too much on her plate.

    Pros

-Beautiful campus -Lots of amenities - great gym, track, playing fields, etc -Dry cleaning -Barber shop

    Cons

-Reebok keeps employees who are terrible at their job - it's like they are afraid to fire people. -The good people get more work dumped on them because the terrible people can't handle it - so the good people get burned out. -Design direction constantly changes over and over again (very late) and everyone has to play catch up to make things happen on time.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of people who don't pull their weight!
