Pros

Great facilities, great benefits and perks, friendly environment and laid back. Not necessary to work loads of overtime hours, and 15 days of vacation is alot for the US.

Cons

corporate design studio's are always hard to get used to. if you aren't on the good side of the higher ups you may never be promoted.

Advice to Senior Management

management is getting better and better as the brand continues to grow. as it gets larger, communication goes through more and more links though, causing miscommunication.
