Pros

It's like a family. Great co workers, great bosses. Little negativity. Even thought it's under a corporate "umbrella", it's not like working for a huge corporation.

Cons

Salary is not in line with similar positions. Raises are not given on merit. At times, the only time you hear from your superiors is when you mess up and not when you do a good job.

Advice to Senior Management

You have good people working for you. You should think about budgeting more for raises to keep those people from jumping ship.
