Benefits and weekly pay. Great place to learn in a diverse business. There is the ability to make a pretty good living if you are willing to put in tons of hours.

Cons

Dont look for any thanks from the CEO, or any management at the business. Senior management wont even say good morning to you, althogh it could be from a hangover. Other owners barely work and when families complain that their service promised wernt performed where do you go when the owners are the ones not makeing good on promises.

Advice to Senior Management

If your heart is not in this business, get out. Your going to do more harm than good to customers with expectations that you set.
