Reed Smith

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Reed Smith

ProsMany competent and friendly people, from senior partners to staff. Large clients and complex matters. Good pay and benefits package.

ConsFrugality is paramount. Little consideration given to office morale. Old-school firm culture where work is given to the well liked chosen associates and the rest must fend for themselves.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake the input of employees into consideration and redefine the firm as a progressive firm rather than just a large firm.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
