I worked at Reed Specialist Recruitment full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Excellent training provided and working in a very professional environment. I have been emplyed in Qatar and Poland offices and very satisfied about both.

Cons

In general the company is great to work for, I don't really see any down sides. If you are not a person that can be in a corporation that can be an issue but otherwise no major problems.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on doing great job. Maybe less "pushy" approach to the clients.

I have been working at Reed Specialist Recruitment

    Pros

People are nice, a lot of money to be made, option to travel and work oversees, chances to progress within company.

    Cons

Not very flexible in terms of holiday, promotions seem to be kept to who knows who, hours can sometimes be long, boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes a more flexible style to work is needed. I feel not a lot of attention being paid to the candidates and that they are often ignored.
