This is the best place I personally have ever worked. Reed Transport is Family Owned and Operated, they treat their employees extremely well and offer perks not seen at many companies (Monthly Bonus Program, 100% Paid Benefits, 401k 4% match, Free Drinks, Free Lunch Fridays, Company Retreats) The work environment is always positive and they offer great opportunities for advancement.

New employees are given 7 days of PTO, sick days and vacation days are all considered PTO.

We heard you! We have recently increased time off for all employees across the board in an effort to help improve the work/life balance!
Feels like a family. There's respect for work/life balance. Owners/upper management are open-minded and receptive to change.
Cons
Benefits have slowly gone away. We used to have company sponsored events or employee lunch on Friday. The company was sold to a publicly traded corporation recently.
