Facilities are mainly in small towns - good places to raise kids low cost of living. decent benefits - can earn up to 5 weeks of vacation if you hang around for a long time.

Cons

they think a good cost savings is to limit raises and compensation of non managerial employees. Very high turn over. constant outsourcing of jobs to off shore aquisitions. hourly employees can be below poverty line wages after 5 years

Advice to Senior Management

hire some people. stop sending jobs overseas that can be done better in the US. Hire some people and pay them more than poverty wages to stop the turnover that is killing our business
