I have been working at Regal Medical Group full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The only good thing about this place is being able to leave at the end of the day. If I could give them all zeros, I would.

    Cons

High turnover. Open hostility and disregard between departments, managers and directors. Aggressive attack dogs in management who talk to employees as if they were trash. Morale is very low here and everything is a secret. The place is infested with cockroaches, yes cockroaches and they're as big as your thumb. Inexperienced directors lead departments with micromanagement and spy tactics. This is a good place to work if you enjoy swimming with bull sharks and don't mind wearing a bodysuit made of chum.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire everyone in management and start fresh. Conduct mandatory management seminars and trainings on how to manage people. Listen and respect your staff. Set realistic goals and follow up. Listen to suggestions from staff on ideas to improve what isn't working. Your team is only as good as it's leader and this current group is inefficient. I highly doubt the owner will fire any of them because he's the puppeteer who controls all of them.
