It's a paycheck...and the benefits better than other similar companies.

Cons

Long hours, not enough people to carry the work load, no advancement opportunities are just some of the reasons the employee turn over is so high. New hires receive little to no on site training. Long termed employees are not treated with any respect. Support staff in the home office very snooty and non supportive to say the least. Expect to be stranded and ignored.

Get off your high horses. The people in the field provide you with your paycheck!
