Pros

Most employees are nice and fun, good work/life balance

Cons

Some managers don't care about you, some aren't nice, not much to do, low pay

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please only hire interns that you NEED, do not waste their time

    I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

    Regeneron is a perfect company for some one right out of the school for a research associate position(Bachelor's and Master''s level)

    Cons

    Not viable in the long run considering the cost of living in Westchester County, NY. Limited career growth for non phd's. Getting a promotion is really tough.

    Regeneron pharmaceuticals should try to match the salaries to current industry standards.

    I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals

    Pros

    Job security relatively safe which is a nice change from the constant lay offs at big pharma. Compensation is improving with the recent drug approval. Laid back atmosphere, lots of parties (although the ones on site now have 2 beer max, again not horrible). Overall everyone seems to be happy

    Cons

    Biggest complain is compensation and fairness in performance evaluations. If they improve this I think overall morale will be higher. Also a clear path in terms what is expected to grow/get promoted would be nice

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company is in Westchester, pretty expensive, please adjust salary so one does not have to struggle to live in the area or live so far the commute is ridiculous. When upper management makes hundred of thousands if not millions (ok just the chairmen of the board) on stock options while those on bottom are struggling it sends a poor message. Fix that and you will get a lot more motivation/loyalty from your employees
