The small size and type of operations of the airline makes for inconsistent scheduling and flight organizational realities. The current downturn in the economy has forced significant layoffs and resultant low levels of moral within the ranks.

Advice to Senior Management

Create a better system of communication between management and staff. Many decisions are made behind closed doors and kept there. Many staff are left in the dark.
