    Pros

RMC is growing, not only in size, but in patient volume and services being offered. RMC is part HCA a hospital organization with facilities all over the US. For those willing to relocate the opportunities for advancement are there.

    Cons

At times the business and healthcare sides of the organization can clash. Growth means change and change can be difficult for many. There are definitely growing pains as processes evolve to meet the facilities new size and patient population.

I worked at Regional Medical Center of San Jose full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nurses who aren't lazy and work really hard for the money they earn. They recently hired new management to help in education and organizing the company.

    Cons

Everyone has a personal preference, I invite the reader to find out for them self.

    Advice to Management

Employees work hard when they find that management cares about their well being, personal growth, advancement, and assistance. There are some really talented, smart, caring nurses here and if you don't take care of them, they will all eventually leave. Don't burn out the people you need the most. Don't burn out the nurses that really take care of the San Jose community.
