Money and benefits. The retirement system was changed to a 457 with less benefits.

Hours and lack of fairness. people are promoted not on their ability, but on their frenships.

    Pros

A good company to work for... Good compensation and friendly co-workers. Everyday was different, because you worked throughout the Denver Metro area.

    Cons

The hours messed with my biological clock. All shifts were splits and that made for 14 hour days with unpaid time in the middle of the split.
