Pros – The opportunities on a corporate level. In Birmingham AL, the opportunities are endless if you are willing to relocate. Senior Management listen and try to provide solutions.

Cons – If you want a promotion with a pay raise, it is best to leave the company. I've seen it time after time, great candidates are bypassed because senior managers are looking for a quick fix instead of investing in current employees.
