Pros

Salary is one of the highest in the area. Communication is great, and recognition and prizes are amazing. Paid vacation and holidays

Cons

the medical benefits are sorely lacking. The opportunity for growth is not there due to upper management is permanent and not going anywhere

Advice to Management

Go back to the old medical benefits. single parents like myself and others cannot afford to pay the 5000 a year.

    Pros

    The only thing I gained from working with regis was my speed in hair cutting and a small clientel after two years.

    Cons

    The management doesnt care if you stay or go. If you dont have kids your working all the mid shifts. If it gets busy twords the end of your shift when its time for you to leave you are expected to stay. Your job is always on the line. Managers do what they want. No set schedules. If its slow you should clock out otherwise our production per hour goes down. I can go on and on.

    Advice to Management

    The big wigs up there or whoever came up with the rediculous pay scale should come and work in the salon for a week or two to see how much work we really do for such little pay.
