Pros

Some locations have very nice clients. Good networking opportunity with clients. Leave at 5, no work

Cons

No opportunity for growth. Each center only has 3 employees, making it very difficult to move up. Company raves about you being able to move around (to different locations) within the company but in reality this will only happen if it will benefit THEM. Company doesn't give you ANY freedom, down to the color shirt you are allowed to wear. No official Uniform so they do not have to give you clothing stipend or pay for uniform but there is an extremely strict "Dress code", Suits required every single day- Suits can only be Black/ Blue/ Brown/ Grey worn with a light colored (pastel/ white- NO PATTERNS) shirt. Shoes can only be the same color- no peep toe. Nail Polish can only be muted or pastel colors. WARNING: If you are hired and DO NOT own these items-- do not work here, it is not worth the TIME/ MONEY/EFFORT. Required to clock in and clock out including for your 1 hour lunch break (which is MANDATORY). No sick/ personal days. NO RAISES unless you are promoted (which is unlikely in a timely fashion since team consists of 3 people). Hourly pay and NO OVERTIME WHATSOEVER. If you are required to work a late conference they will give you hours off elsewhere if it goes over 40hrs/week because of REFUSAL to pay overtime.

I worked at Regus full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

No drug test, easy promotions, good pay for little or no experience, a lot of locations to work,

    Cons

Horrible management, inconsistent with policies, unfair treatment of employees, make up policies as they arise, management changes almost every other month, always feel like our job is on the line.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs training on how to manage employees. Stop promoting people based on personal feelings and start promoting on work ethic and qualifications. Use lower level employees to help improve the business since they are the people actually doing the work. It may improve the revenue and the moral of the company.

I have been working at Regus full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Regus is a company that recognizes it's team members for their hard work and dedication. It's a fast paced environment and perfect for the person that has an entreprenurial spirit and likes to think outside of the box. The team environment makes it a fun and exciting day each day you come to work.

Working for Regus has given me the opportunity to meet and work with people from different backgrounds. You are encouraged to think like a business owner and are rewarded for your success. It's so inspirational to see members of the Regus team with s omuch longevity. This is the company I am planning to continue my career path with and retire from!

    Cons

If you are not one to be able to think on your feet and are flexible with change, both on a day to day basis as well as procedural, then this is not the company for you.
