Current Employee - Anonymous Employee  in  Saint Louis, MO
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Saint Louis, MO

Pros

none that I can think of except they have nice centers

Cons

Toxic work environment. As one poster said above, there is serious anger management issues in upper managment. I think this starts at the CEO/VP level and trickles down. There is unreasonable pressure and micro managment. Lack of trust in employees.
If you interview here, be prewarned, it seems nice on the outside but is a boiler room on the inside. Serious lack of class in this place. Cheesy/tacky sales tactics.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro managing and trust your employees. Stop focusing on the wrong things in operations and focus on actual sales. Stop giving too much administrative work for us to do so we can go out and actually get business done!

Former Employee - AREA SALES MANAGER  in  Tulsa, OK
Former Employee - AREA SALES MANAGER in Tulsa, OK

    Pros

benefits are good, growing company (so they say)

    Cons

pay levels are below standard for each position. "Micro" managing is at a level that is completely impossible to keep up with their demands, especially in a sales position. Like another person said below, they want robots not employees.
Higher level management is unethical and send mix signals constantly to their teams. There seems to be anger management issues in this company when sales goals are not met and they come down on you in a very personal way. Run, dont walk...away from this company. They SAY they are growing which maybe they are but if they keep scaring off employees at this rate, there will be nothing left. This is a very hostile place to work!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that your employees are only human and dont jump all over them personally because of one thing they did wrong. Be tactful and NICE and SUPPORTIVE to your employees and maybe they will stay around longer. Your company is not EVER going to grow with the attitude that is currently in this company. People are your most valuable asset!

Current Employee - Client Services Representative  in  New York, NY
Current Employee - Client Services Representative in New York, NY

    Pros

Some locations have very nice clients. Good networking opportunity with clients. Leave at 5, no work

    Cons

No opportunity for growth. Each center only has 3 employees, making it very difficult to move up. Company raves about you being able to move around (to different locations) within the company but in reality this will only happen if it will benefit THEM. Company doesn't give you ANY freedom, down to the color shirt you are allowed to wear. No official Uniform so they do not have to give you clothing stipend or pay for uniform but there is an extremely strict "Dress code", Suits required every single day- Suits can only be Black/ Blue/ Brown/ Grey worn with a light colored (pastel/ white- NO PATTERNS) shirt. Shoes can only be the same color- no peep toe. Nail Polish can only be muted or pastel colors. WARNING: If you are hired and DO NOT own these items-- do not work here, it is not worth the TIME/ MONEY/EFFORT. Required to clock in and clock out including for your 1 hour lunch break (which is MANDATORY). No sick/ personal days. NO RAISES unless you are promoted (which is unlikely in a timely fashion since team consists of 3 people). Hourly pay and NO OVERTIME WHATSOEVER. If you are required to work a late conference they will give you hours off elsewhere if it goes over 40hrs/week because of REFUSAL to pay overtime.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your employees and realize they are human beings and not robots.
