Good overall comapny to work for

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee)

ProsRegus offers all of the things that are important to the average job seeker, such as Benefits, paid Holidays, and a bonus plan. There are multiple avenues offered within the company to help employees succeed such as Online Learning Development Tools, and a great support system! If you work hard, and go the extra mile, it will be recognized.

ConsRegus is an extremely structured company, which is great, but does not leave a lot of room for creativity or new ideas on the employee end. There is constant change whether employee turnover, or new procedures. It can be hard to keep track of it all.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

The Worst Employer in the UK, if not the World.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Regus full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Large company so lots of corporate benefts and also means that if you're not very good at what you (which is most of the management)… Cons: Bullying attitude from the top down. Unrealistic tagets and all staff are over-worked. Nobody dare challenge their manager so the problem gets worse and worse.… Advice to Senior Management: Admit you're useless and stop bullying and blaming your staff. Stop patting yourselves on the back you know those sales figures are false. Stand… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
