Work in an environment where you are surrounded by a diverse group of companies and executives in hopes of finding a job with one of them.
Cons
I have never felt so pressured to be dishonest in order to nickle and dime clients and squeeze every last precious dime out of them. The management could have schooled in the fine art of micromanagement. I would get about 5 minutes alone in the morning before the phone would ring and I was called to the manager's office and forced to sit in his office the remainder of the day to provide constant feedback on his work while he stood over my shoulder while I did mine. Management would dishonestly gouge client bills and send me into their offices to collect. The final straw came as a manager, who had seriously screwed up a five-figure contract realized the victimized client company did not have a copy of their contract and promptly cornered me to inform me, "we are going to need to shred our copy of the contract and make a new one." Note the "we." He hauled me with him to the shredder where I watched in horror.
Advice to Senior Management
Heads this thick can't absorb advice. Advice is to get entirely new management and require company wide ethics courses.
