Pros

There are no pros I can comment on.

Cons

Underpaid, no support, processes and policies not followed by all, upper management does not lead by example. At Regus in the Manhattan Region it's more about who you are more friendly with then your work. They either promote or hire people who have no clue. I feel this is why the Manhattan Region is not performing as well as it could. There is severe lack of training for all levels of employment.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

In the Manahattan region they need to terminate or demote all the AOD's

    Pros

Various responsibilities give you skills in a lot of different areas. Offer different packages to clients that really are a good product. When I started with the company years ago, they offered more PTO but they have reduced that.

    Cons

You do work for multiple people, work that is for geared for multiple people is condensed into one person, pay is horrible, they used to appreciate people but the values of the company have changed. Once the client signs, they charge ridiculous fees and hidden fees. There is no true right or wrong way to do things, you do something that is supposed to be right and then they tell you they should have fired you for selling their product. You need all your days of PTO, paid holiday, floating holidays to stay sane working here. The stress is incredibly high. The bonus is changed almost quarterly so its geared so you don't make anything. There is a lot of backstabbing and no appreciation from management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appreciate the people that are working for the company. Appreciate the clients who pay the bills. Customer service - its what the business used to be focussed on - now its not.
