    I worked at RehabCare full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    If I had any Pros, I would list them, but sorry, I don't. Why? This company is about productivity and far, far, far from patient care.

    Cons

    I was terminated from my position in Greensboro, NC SNF facility after working 3 weeks due to low productivity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't be a leach and feed on us for your own gain.

    I have been working at RehabCare full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule and co-workers are good people ..and it's a job there is not much nice to say about my current site. However not ever contract is as bad

    Cons

    benefits are awful, if you have a family you will not want their insurance it is that bad

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More like advice to corporate they really need to revamp their policies and stop giving financial incentive to program directors and regional. This seems to be increasing motivation for fraudulent activity. Life Care recently has been in the news for elevating RUG levels well it won't be long before we hear of more cases like that these rural homes think they don't have to play by the rules. In the mean time everyone gets therapy like it or not! Ethical NOPE what is best for patients NOPE but we all need a job
