    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Reis full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent place to work, especially for recent graduates. This company is currently expanding. From shared, Reis will most likely continue to expand in revenue, creditability, recognition, total employees, etc. until 2016 - based on their direction. Excellent co-workers including team leaders and directors. All research positions have goals like every other job. It's a simple 9-5, if you are capable of going in to work and completing tasks/responsibilities then it's you will be fine. An excellent way to learn about the industry.

    Cons

Expanding but needs more diverse job positions that brings innovation, which possibly may happen as the company expands.

    Advice to Management

Reis should become more digital which will help in revenue and even make work easier for employees or clients.
