Decent benefit package; however, medical insurance payroll deduction very high.
Cons
No training in key areas.
Company prefers to hire from outside than promoting from inside.
Human Resources disconnected from reality.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to staff members.
Remove the lazy employees.
